Balinese nasi goreng
300 gr. Steam Rice or mie
20 gr. Tomato sambal
15cl Vegetable oil
1 Egg
15 gr. Leek sliced
50 gr. Chicken chopper or tofu
1 t sp. Sweet soya sauce
45 gr. Chay sin,shredded
60 gr. White cabbage shredded
5 gr. Garlic,chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp White pepper
2 tsp. Oester sauce
1. Sautte egg
2. Add garlic
3. add chay sin,white cabbage,leek and cook until become withered.
4.add steamed Rice or mie and other ingredients that are sambal,salt,pepper,oystersauce
and sweet soyasauce.Stir until all mixed.
5.Taste for seasoning and serve on plate; garnish with fried shallots,fried egg and acar in
Front.
6. serve with sambal tomat in separate bowl.
